Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are made-to-order to minimize waste, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges. Exceptions may be made if (a) the wrong item was delivered, or (b) the order was correct, but there was damage to the print or design. Please contact us if there was a problem with your order with an attached photo of the product on a flat surface. We will get back to you with replacement details if the above specifications are met.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or shipping facility and file a lost/stolen mail claim.
If you live in the EU, please contact me directly within 14 days of delivery for return information.
We recommend you use the size guide posted in each of our listings to find the right size for you. Grab a favorite Tee at home and measure it, if you’d like a better visual as to how ours might fit!
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron graphic.
Do not dry clean.

Currently, we are offering products from multiple manufacturers, selected not only for their earth conscious practices, but for their transparency throughout the production process. We've included more information on each in our Sustainability page located in the Navigation menu!
How is my tee printed? Why does the ink on the shirt smell strange?
Our tees and totes are printed using a direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method. The inks used are OEKO-TEX certified, eco-friendly, vegan, and water-based.
The ink reacts with the fabric and may sometimes result in a vinegar smelling odor when you first remove your order from its packaging. Don’t worry! This smell goes away completely after the first wash.
My item(s) arrived with plastic packaging, why did that happen?
At this time, our production partner is researching ways to provide more sustainable packaging options. Most shipments will be sent in recyclable packaging made from 70-100% recyclable material. However, it’s possible for your product to be delivered with partial plastic packaging. To offset the impact this has on the environment, a portion of each sale will be donated annually toward reducing plastic pollution. You can follow our efforts on our social media pages @jitterbugsun
How long will it take for my product(s) to arrive? AND/OR Only part of my order has arrived, where is the rest of it?
Because our products are made-to-order to minimize waste, there is a 2-7 business day fulfillment speed. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, and can take an additional 3-10 business days for shipping.
Our production partner may have different items in stock at different times, or varying fulfillment speeds depending on the items ordered. Because of this, it’s possible for your items to be shipped separately.
